Encocam Ltd is the controller and responsible for the personal data you provide to us. BCP, Cellbond, Corex Honeycomb, Euro Road Safety (ERS), Herald Motor Company, Mykon, Racetek and Stonehill Engineering are divisions of Encocam Ltd.

What information do we collect about you?
Personal data means any information about an individual that can identify that person.
We collect information about you when you fill out a contact form on our website (e.g. first and last name, email address, phone number) or place an order for our products and services (e.g. billing and delivery address, payment details, transaction data). We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions, or when you visit our stand at an event.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your data other than in relation to sending direct marketing communications to individuals who are not our customers or business contacts.
When entering into a contract with us, or purchasing products and services, we use performance of a contract as the basis for processing your information. If you fail to provide the data requested we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
We will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of the Encocam Ltd group.

Disclosure of your personal details
We may have to share your personal details with the parties set out below:
- External third parties, such as Stripe, to provide our website and payment services and couriers to deliver products you have ordered. In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from, credit reference agencies, insurers and fraud protection agencies
- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice
- Outsourced service providers used for direct marketing purposes, such as a direct mail agency, email broadcaster and CRM/ERP software provider
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with law. We do not allow third party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. We are obligated to check our contracts with processors to ensure they comply with the GDPR.

In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
